Hi! I’m Natasha, I specialise in admin and marketing support for wellness-focused practitioners and small businesses. My unique blend of creative expertise, organisational and technical skills, and industry-specific experience allows me to help you focus on your passion for healing while I handle the behind-the-scenes work.

My lifelong connection to holistic wellness fuels my dedication to supporting practitioners in this field. Growing up in Hong Kong, I developed a deep appreciation for the power of practices like yoga, meditation, Traditional Chinese Medicine and other somatic and energy therapies. Immersed in this world from a young age, I attended meditation evenings, explored diverse healing modalities, and cultivated a genuine understanding of the holistic approach to health and well-being. Beyond this, I have a personal passion for all things wellness and lifestyle— beauty and skincare, cooking, baking, nutrition and fitness, herbal and home remedies and more. This personal foundation allows me to truly understand the values and needs of wellness professionals, and genuinely enjoy learning about my clients and their businesses.

Building on this passion, I’ve honed my expertise in administrative and marketing support. My journey began at Reflections Resource Centre in Hong Kong, where I managed workshop promotion, website design, and event coordination— including the city’s annual holistic fair. I went on from there to manage social media, web design and other marketing strategies for Pamper DPT spa in Hong Kong. Since then, I’ve provided tailored assistance to yoga instructors, EFT practitioners, Reiki healers, and other wellness professionals, helping them streamline their operations and connect with new clients. With a strong background in digital marketing, scheduling, and event planning, coupled with a deep respect for the work you do, I’m here to help you focus on your practice while I take care of the rest.
